Kustom Trax not only tracks customer account action for your company, it also provides you with valuable reports. Remember, all of the labels you see below in blue can be changed to fit your environment.
Service calls by Customer Type report helps you track customer types that may utilize a significant amount of your company’s resources; or it may indicate a trend that could lead to an adjustment in your business services.
The report on open service tickets allows you to track unresolved customer service issues.
Generate reports on the warranty status or any service /maintenance agreements you have with your customers. This report will notify you of those that have expired, or the ones that will expire in 90 days.
This report demonstrates the hardware warranties that will expire on these customers within 90 days providing your company ample time to notify the customer of any extended warranties or service contracts available.
Reports are also available on each individual customer account you have entered into Kustom Trax.
