Kustom Trax - Features
Kustom Trax allows you to search for your customers, contact, or service tickets in many ways. (Ex: Customer Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, Address, Customer and Product type, and it will even search your service tickets by words to display commonly occurring service issues.) Simply fill in one of the various fields to display your results.
Each customer entry has their own entry within Kustom Trax which allows you to associate items and actions pertaining to this customer. Billing and entity information, all contacts within their company, purchase orders, any document sent or received from the customer, warranty and support information, hardware, software, and most importantly services provided to them.
Details are available on every contact you have for this customer. You can also send an email from this screen.
Information for remote support connectivity to your customer’s workstations can be documented for faster support calls.
Purchase orders for your products can be associated with the client. Whether you scan them, or if received in an electronic format, Kustom Trax allows many types of digital formats.
Copies of invoices and other documents received from or sent to your customer can be associated with their record.
Details of all the merchandise sold to your customers can be recorded.
Warranty and maintenance information can be recorded with each item sold. The warranty and support maintenance renewal can also be recorded and tracked.
This area in Kustom Trax was designed to track various software modules sold to a customer. It can be modified to track exactly what you sell to your customers. Information about the software type, license, version, modules and more are recorded here. Software warranty and support maintenance are tracked as well for each client and product sold.
Every service you perform for your customer you can record and track. The status of the call can remain open, waiting on response, or closed. Details on the call and the actions taken by your staff are recorded by each employee to maintain a complete history of service, and communication with your clients. Documents you receive or send related to this contact can also be associated with the record.
With all these details on your customers, you can provide your company with an efficient tool to record and track items sold, services performed, documents pertaining to the customer, warranty and support maintenance information, and there is more. Reports can be generated too.
