We needed a way to track our customer’s requests, items sold, service tickets, documents pertaining to a job, quotes, warranties, purchase orders and images and tried to find a program that would do it.


We couldn’t.


So we wrote one.

If you need a digitized folio of all events, clients, contacts, work orders, service tickets, contracts, images all in a searchable database that tracks the events as they happen, the employee that worked on it and gives you reports, we’ve got a solution for you.


Kustom Trax can be used as a standalone workstation, or in a network environment. A web version is in the works too!


Each entry carries a time and date stamp. The logs allow any employee working on the project to identify their entries and reports can be generated to keep track of any open or unresolved customer issues. Service contracts, maintenance agreements, hardware warranties are all tracked and a report can be generated to remind you when your customer’s contracts are about to expire.


Files relating to projects such as images, quotes, purchase orders, contracts, can be attached to the client’s record and viewed at any time. You won’t have to get up and leave your desk, or pull a file, or search through a stack of papers again. It’s all at your fingertips.
